Knut (pronounced “newt”, plus a “k” at the start) is an FAA certified part 107 commercial drone pilot. His journey building and flying drones, both fixed wing and multi rotor, began in 2012. Knut also is an experienced software designer and digital design generalist with engineering affinity. Knut came to Austin from Germany in 1996.
